You can just toss it in your pocket, put it in the padded case and have it on your wrist with the built in strap, or attach it to your bag with a lanyard. I've been contemplating something like this for a while just for the super convenience. It just happens that its power output is perfect for macro, product and still life photography. AI Helped Me Design a Revolutionary PENTAX DSLR Camera!

Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEXI2eXmkRgrffp-GfUakVA/join I've done a lot of thinking, and refining, and enlisted some help from AI to finalize any shortcomings. Well, here we are, a NEW DSLR design that I'm giving to PENTAX (we'll see ho how that goes lol). It still utilizes an optical viewfinder, but also utilizes on sensor phase detect and there's no mirror to get in the way. This would combine the advantages of mirrorless AF with the traditional OVF. It could also be the solution to PENTAX's hybrid viewfinder patent coming to fruition! So, what do you think? I'm nuts, or is this brilliant?! Manual Lenses on the Pentax K-3 Mark III, here's EVERYTHING you need to know

Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEXI2eXmkRgrffp-GfUakVA/join From full manual lenses (with no electronic contacts) to those with auto aperture, here's everything you need to know about shooting manual lenses on Pentax cameras. Plus bonuses if you shoot with the Pentax K-3 Mark III. Pentax has always done a good job of integrating manual lens features in their cameras, but they've gone even further with the Pentax K-3 Mark III. From auto focal length input, to writing the aperture into the Exif data, plus the ever present catch in focus and electronic focus confirmation, they've covered pretty much everything you need for smooth manual lens experience. NOBODY can fix the $7000 PENTAX FA Star 600mm lens!?

NOBODY can fix the $7000 PENTAX FA Star 600mm lens!?

Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEXI2eXmkRgrffp-GfUakVA/join I've searched high and low, across vast distances and have so far, come up empty in getting my PENTAX FA* 600 F/4 serviced to fix an out of alignment lens element (my guess is, that's what's wrong with it). I know people have wondered what happened with the lens, I still have it, it's just been taking a long time to hear back from places regarding the ability to repair it. If you're interested in the Body Camera, you can get from Amazon (this is NOT an affiliate link). https://www.amazon.ca/High-Spec-Card%E3%80%901-4-Rotating-Detection-Camcorder/dp/B0CW11YB8R/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 For those that would like to support the channel, outside of being a member keep reading! Why Your Pentax K-3 III Spot Focus Might Be LYING to You?

Why Your Pentax K-3 III Spot Focus Might Be LYING to You?

Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEXI2eXmkRgrffp-GfUakVA/join Spot focus isn't as "spot on" as we think. What we see as the AF point isn't showing the whole area that spot auto focus is covering. This can cause issues when you have a small object in the frame that may be getting picked up when the subject is just beside it but covered in the AF point you see in the viewfinder. The camera may focus on the object instead of the subject since it's still within the AF point. That's where SEL XS comes into play. It's an accurate WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) exact AF point. For those that would like to support the channel, outside of being a member keep reading! Get some great Merch! Avoid the ISO Mistake That CAN Ruin Your Photos!

Avoid the ISO Mistake That CAN Ruin Your Photos!

Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEXI2eXmkRgrffp-GfUakVA/join Things I see on beginner Photography groups in FB: "Keep the ISO as low as possible" Q: "My shot isn't sharp, like, it's kinda blurry" A: "You didn't use a low ISO, it makes pictures sharper" "Why did you shoot at ISO 3200? You shouldn't go higher than 400". This list goes on with more of the same, misinformation. When you shoot moving subjects in low light, ISO 100, 200. 400, 800, 1600, even 3200, 6400 and 12,800 may not be enough for the shutter speed you'd need to freeze action. So, "shoot at the lowest ISO, don't go above 800 or 1600", and similar advice is terrible. There are times for low ISO and times for high ISO, but not all ISO's work for each image situation.
